Willow Creek Health Care Center in Clovis, CA is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead the evening nursing team. You will supervise LVNs, CNAs, and Treatment Nurses, perform skilled assessments, administer medications including IV therapy, and coordinate with physicians and families to ensure top-quality resident care.

The role emphasizes leadership, regulatory compliance, and seamless shift operations in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• RN degree or diploma from an accredited school
• Minimum of nursing experience with SNF preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Supervise nursing staff including LVNs, CNAs, and Treatment Nurses
• Coordinate resident care and perform skilled assessments
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as needed
• Make rounds and provide shift reports
• Monitor resident condition and emergencies and communicate with physicians and families
• Oversee admissions, care planning, and documentation compliance
• Participate in quality assurance and regulatory surveys
• Coach and educate staff to support performance and growth
