Willow Creek Health Care Center in Clovis, CA is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead the evening nursing team on the PM shift Monday through Friday. The role ensures care meets regulations and quality standards while guiding LVNs, CNAs, and Treatment Nurses.

You will coordinate resident care, administer medications and IV therapy as needed, participate in admissions, care planning, and audits, and support staffing decisions.

Formación

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience (SNF experience preferred).
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with EHR systems (PCC preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and support nursing staff including LVNs, CNAs, and Treatment Nurses.
• Coordinate and participate in resident care and perform skilled assessments.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as needed.
• Make rounds and provide shift reports.
• Monitor and respond to changes in resident condition and emergencies.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, healthcare providers, and families.
• Ensure physician orders are accurate, current, and properly communicated.
• Oversee admissions, care planning, and documentation compliance.
• Participate in quality assurance programs and regulatory surveys.
• Conduct audits of medication carts, documentation, and nursing practices.
• Monitor infection control and safety procedures.
• Coach, counsel, and educate staff to support performance and growth.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary communication and collaboration.
• Identify staffing needs and support scheduling as needed.
