Job summary

Anchor Care and Rehabilitation Center in Hazlet, New Jersey, is seeking a Full-Time RN Supervisor for the evening shift to lead, mentor and support the nursing team while ensuring high-quality resident care. You will oversee daily nursing operations, collaborate with the DON and ADON, and promote a resident-centered, compliant work environment through effective leadership and clear communication.

Qualifications include NJ RN license and at least 2 years in long-term care; supervisory experience

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in the State of New Jersey.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in Long-Term Care/SNF.
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to oversee daily nursing operations.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff during the assigned shift.
• Monitor staff performance and adherence to nursing responsibilities, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct daily rounds throughout the Nursing Services Department to ensure nursing standards are consistently maintained.
• Promote a collaborative, professional, and resident-centered work environment.
• Assist with facility surveys, inspections, and regulatory compliance activities as requested by the DON and ADON.
• Identify and address clinical or operational concerns promptly and appropriately.
• Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives within the nursing department.

Facility: Anchor Care and Rehabilitation Center
Location: Hazlet, New Jersey
Shift: Full-Time | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Pay Rate: $27 – $40 per hour

Anchor Care and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time RN Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team on the evening shift. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN who enjoys leadership, team development, regulatory compliance, and providing high-quality care to long-term care residents.

As the RN Supervisor, you will help oversee nursing operations, support nursing staff, and ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and quality care.
