Garden Spot Village in Lancaster County, PA, seeks a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing staff, oversee resident care, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will supervise CNAs, coordinate care plans, and promote a safe, compassionate environment for all residents.

This full-time role requires a nursing degree, PA RN license, and experience supervising staff. You’ll rotate shifts, work weekends/holidays as scheduled, and participate in QA programs to maintain high-quality care and staff

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Experience supervising nursing staff preferred.
• Knowledge of restorative nursing, long-term care, and infection control procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Commitment to customer service, teamwork, and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all resident care and initiate corrective actions as needed.
• Direct, evaluate and supervise nursing staff and participate in care planning.
• Conduct daily resident rounds and report status to the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and participation in QA initiatives.
• Maintain infection control procedures and safety standards.
