Job summary

Garden Spot Village in New Holland, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor (FLEX per diem) to provide leadership for nursing services, supervise CNAs, coordinate care plans, and support a safe and compassionate environment for residents.

The role requires an accredited nursing education, PA RN license, and willingness to rotate shifts, including weekends and holidays. Per diem schedule with minimum weekend hours per month is available, along with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Experience supervising nursing staff preferred.
• Knowledge of restorative nursing, long-term care, and infection control procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Commitment to customer service, teamwork, and professional development.
• May be required to work overtime to ensure adequate staffing.
• Must rotate shifts and work weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CNA staff and coordinate resident care plans.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality resident care.
• Report nursing status to Director of Nursing and Administrator.
• Provide leadership in infection control and safety protocols.
• Direct, evaluate and supervise all resident care activities.
• Conduct daily resident rounds and document care plans.
