Garden Spot Village in New Holland, PA seeks an experienced RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff, coordinate resident care plans, and ensure regulatory compliance. This full-time role supervises CNAs, oversees daily rounds, and supports a safe, compassionate environment for residents.

The position requires an accredited nursing program graduate and PA RN license, with experience supervising nursing staff. Shifts rotate and include weekends/holidays; benefits include health insurance, 401(k)

Formación

• RN license PA; graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Experience supervising nursing staff preferred.
• Knowledge of restorative nursing, long-term care, and infection control procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication and critical thinking.
• Willing to rotate shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise certified nursing assistants and coordinate care plans.
• Conduct daily resident rounds and report nursing care status to the Director of Nursing Service.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and infection control throughout nursing services.
• Review MDS assessments and ensure accurate care plan implementation.
• Collaborate with administration, physicians, residents, families and consultants.
