Job summary

Marquis Health Consulting Services partners with Kearsley Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Philadelphia, PA, to recruit an RN Supervisor. This full-time role offers weekend options and an attractive hourly pay range of $38 to $60, with daily pay opportunities.

The RN Supervisor will lead nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate resident care in a 96-bed facility. A PA RN license, BLS, and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required.
• No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with staff, residents, families, and regulatory agencies.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and regulations in nursing care centers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.
