Job summary

Kearsley Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing operations and ensure high-quality, compassionate resident care in a 96-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care setting in Philadelphia. The role supports both full-time and part-time schedules, with options for every weekend or every other weekend, and offers a pay range of $38 to $60 per hour, all-inclusive, with Daily Pay.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with staff, residents, families, and regulatory agencies.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure interventions are documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.

• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
