Job summary

Riverton Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing operations at our Allentown, PA facility. This full-time role oversees daily nursing activities, ensures regulatory compliance, and provides leadership to staff to promote safe, compassionate resident care.

The RN Supervisor will supervise care, coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, document interventions, and support a positive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in PA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with staff, residents, families, and regulators.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.

$38-$60/hour (all-inclusive)

We have 3 positions available:

• Fulltime 11PM-7AM
• 7AM - 11:30PM Sat/Sun
• Full Time 3PM-11PM/11PM-7:30AM
