Kearsley Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead daily nursing operations in a 96-bed facility, delivering safe, compassionate resident care. You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal resident outcomes and a positive work environment.

We offer full-time and part-time options with weekend or every-other-weekend shifts, competitive pay up to $60/hour (all inclusive) and Daily

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania.
• BLS CPR certification.
• 2+ years nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.

Qualifications for RN Supervisor:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required.
• No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
