Job summary

Eastern Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards.

The position offers a Sign On Bonus for full-time & part-time status with Daily Pay, plus a comprehensive benefits package, in our Roanoke facilities, fostering a team-focused environment and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active state licensure.
• 1–3 years related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent communication in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, including assessments, treatments, and med administration.
• Monitor residents and report changes to physicians and care team.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs as needed.
• Ensure infection control and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and staff.
• Respond to medical emergencies with appropriate interventions.
