Eastern Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care to residents, perform assessments, administer medications, and supervise nursing assistants in accordance with regulations. This role also involves documenting care and coordinating with the care team to maintain high-quality patient outcomes.

The successful candidate will have an active Virginia RN license, 1–3 years of experience, CPR certification, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Virginia.
• 1–3 years related nursing experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assessments and medication administration.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and care team.
• Develop and update individualized care plans and document care provided.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs; support infection control and safety compliance.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and staff; respond to emergencies.
