Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active state licensure.
• 1–3 years related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification and valid English communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, assessments, treatments, and med administration.
• Monitor conditions and report changes to physicians and team.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs as needed.
• Ensure infection control and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and staff.
• Respond to medical emergencies with appropriate interventions.
