Eastern Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing staff, ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and Local standards.

The role requires active RN licensure, 1–3 years' related experience (supervisory preferred), and current CPR certification. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential for quality care and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with required state licensure.
• 1–3 years related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; internet navigation.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Accurately document nursing care, treatments, and residents’ responses in medical records.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs as needed.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and staff.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
