Job summary

Eastern Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day activities of CNAs. This role ensures care in accordance with Federal, State, and Local standards, with emphasis on quality and safety in our long-term care facilities.

Qualified candidates will hold an active RN license, CPR certification, and strong communication skills. Supervisory experience and proficiency with EMR systems are preferred for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license for the relevant state.
• Current CPR certification and BLS preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience supervising LPNs and CNAs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assessments and medications.
• Supervise nursing assistants and coordinate with the care team.
• Develop and update individualized care plans.
• Ensure documentation in medical records is accurate.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
