You will lead rounds, manage personnel, and communicate with physicians and families. A current Georgia RN license and nursing degree are required. Competenze

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university or RN program graduate.
• Active RN license to practice in Georgia.
• Excellent organizational and prioritizing abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.

Mansioni

• Assist the Director of Nursing in organizing and directing day-to-day nursing staff.
• Admit, discharge and transfer patients as requested.
• Coordinate care planning and MDS process and committee meetings as necessary.
• Maintain effective communication with attending physicians and families.
• Supervise unlicensed nursing personnel and ensure compliance with guidelines.
