Scott Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a Fulltime Day shift RN leadership role to oversee licensed and unlicensed nursing staff, coordinate admissions/discharges, and ensure quality patient care.

• RN degree from an accredited college/university; active RN license in Georgia.

• Assists the Director of Nursing in organizing and directing day-to-day licensed and unlicensed nursing staff.
• Admits, discharges and transfers patients as requested; ensures proper documentation and billing supplies.
• Coordinates care planning and MDS processes; supports compliance with regulations and quality guidelines.
• Maintains communication with attending physicians and reports on departmental updates and issues.
• Supervises unlicensed staff, conducts rounds, and participates in inter-departmental coordination.
