Job summary

Willow Creek Health Care Center in Clovis, CA is seeking an RN Supervisor for Day Shift to lead the nursing team on the floor. This full-time role oversees daily operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and maintains high-quality resident care.

The RN Supervisor will manage clinical staff, coordinate patient care, and ensure accurate documentation. A current RN license, CPR, and SNF experience are preferred, with competitive hourly pay and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience (SNF experience preferred).
• Supervisory experience preferred; RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff including LVNs, CNAs, and Treatment Nurses.
• Coordinate resident care and perform skilled assessments.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as needed.
• Make rounds and provide shift reports.
• Monitor and respond to changes in resident condition and emergencies.
• Communicate with physicians, healthcare providers, and families.
