Northern Manor Multicare Center in Nanuet, NY is seeking an RN Supervisor to coordinate resident care and lead nursing staff across shifts.

Qualified candidates hold an RN license with Long‑Term Care experience and are proficient with EHR systems.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN license.
• Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience required.
• Should be a strong and positive Team Director for all members of the staff.
• Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign nursing staff to complete resident care requirements.
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and families.
• Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations.
• Monitor confidential information processing to ensure resident confidence.
• Manage documentation of resident care services.
• Promote a cooperative relationship among health care teams.
