Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Erin is seeking an RN to provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and skilled nursing procedures. You will supervise nursing staff, document meticulously, and participate in care-plan development.

The role requires an active RN license and strong clinical observation. Long-term care experience and supervisory background are preferred, with opportunities across a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care experience preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and wound care.
• Assist residents with ADLs and ensure comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Supervise nursing assistants and medication aides during shifts.
• Monitor residents' status and notify physician of changes.
• Develop and review individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation per policy.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and staff education.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
