Signature HealthCARE of Erin is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care, supervise nursing staff, and ensure high-quality long-term care for residents. You will coordinate care plans, document accurately, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires an active RN license, BLS/CPR certification preferred, and prior supervisory experience in a nursing environment. Join a caring team delivering compassionate, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role is preferred.
• Strong clinical observation, medication administration, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with Federal and State long-term care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and wound care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Supervise and direct nursing assistants and medication aides per shift.
• Monitor residents’ status and notify physician of changes.
• Develop, implement, and review individualized resident care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation per facility policy.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and regulatory surveys.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
