Job summary

Annandale Village in Suwanee, GA seeks an experienced RN Supervisor for the Skilled Nursing Facility to lead nursing staff, balance direct resident care, and ensure high-quality, person-centered care.

This non-exempt leadership role partners with the Director of Nursing and focuses on infection prevention, regulatory readiness, and compassionate services for Villagers. GA RN license is required and prior long-term care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Georgia.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of four years of nursing experience.
• Previous leadership or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Infection Preventionist Certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications and electronic health record systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and make sound clinical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as working RN Supervisor with leadership and clinical oversight.
• Ensure Villagers receive safe, person-centered nursing care.
• Monitor clinical needs and changes in condition with appropriate intervention.
• Conduct routine rounds and support care planning, assessments, and interdisciplinary coordination.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, training and support to nursing staff.
• Foster teamwork, collaboration, and a culture of service excellence.
• Support infection prevention activities in line with requirements.
• Participate in quality assurance, performance improvement, and regulatory readiness activities.
• Staffing coordination, scheduling, and shift coverage responsibilities.
• Maintain open communication with Villagers, families, healthcare providers, and team members.
