Job summary

Annandale Village is seeking an RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership within the Skilled Nursing Facility, balancing direct resident care with staff supervision and operational support.

You will partner with the Director of Nursing and Nursing Home Administrator to promote quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and an exceptional Villager experience, including medication administration and care coordination.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Georgia.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of four (4) years of nursing experience.
• Infection Preventionist Certification (IPC) preferred or willingness to obtain within established timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and direct nursing care as part of daily duties.
• Supervise and coach nursing staff while ensuring high-quality, person-centered care.
• Support infection prevention activities and ensure regulatory readiness.
• Assist with quality assurance, performance improvement, and staffing coordination.
• Maintain open communication with Villagers, families, and healthcare providers and ensure coordinated care.
