Qualifications

• BSN required or MSN preferred.
• RN license is required.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing and patient care services on assigned unit(s).
• Coordinate daily nursing activities and ensure high care standards.
• Mentor, train, and evaluate clinical staff; manage staffing decisions and equipment.
