Advocate Health’s Carolinas Medical Center 4B Hematology/Oncology unit (16-bed adult bone marrow and cellular therapy unit) is seeking a registered nurse to provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care for patients undergoing transplants and CAR-T therapy. This full-time role features 40 hours per week with two 12-hour shifts and two 8-hour admin shifts, with weekend variability.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• 6 months of RN experience; minimum two years nursing experience preferred. Previous management experience preferred.
• BSN required. RN candidates for external hire or internal promotion without BSN must be enrolled in a BSN program within 1 year of Hire/Transfer date and must complete program within 3 years of enrollment in the program.
• Appropriate professional certification (either clinical or leadership) is required within 1 year of eligibility for professional certification exam.

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
