Job summary
Solero Behavioral Transitions in Youngstown, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee clinical operations in a behavioral health setting. You will conduct admissions assessments, monitor health, administer medications, and collaborate on treatment plans to support recovery.
This role requires a licensed RN in Ohio and comfort with group facilitation. Friday–Sunday shifts, full-time, with competitive pay and benefits designed to support your professional growth and work-life
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Ohio.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Experience in mental health and/or addiction preferred.
- New grads welcome.
Responsibilities
- Conduct medical assessments and screenings at admission.
- Monitor client health and progress throughout treatment.
- Administer medications and manage pain safely.
- Collaborate with providers and clinical teams on treatment plans.
- Document and maintain accurate medical records.
- Educate clients on medications and health topics.
