Saber Healthcare Group in Euclid, Ohio seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to assess residents, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care and supervise staff in a SNF setting, ensuring quality care in accordance with regulations.

Requirements include an active RN license in Ohio, CPR/BLS certification, and ability to work a 7:00 pm – 7:30 am shift; full-time with weekends and holidays. We offer daily pay options, comprehensive benefits, PTO and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state of work.
• Current CPR or BLS certification required.
• Proficient with electronic health record software.
• Prior nursing supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate its effectiveness.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the SNF setting.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and policies.
