Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Anticipates and manage census changes and allocates nursing resources based on patient acuity.
• Lead with focus on patient safety and service expectations.
• Enforce and interpret policies for patient care delivery.
• Ensure staffing levels and coverage for units.
• Document nursing care and maintain MARs and logs.
• Lead admissions and discharges and coordinate physician orders.
