Mercy in Missouri/Illinois region is seeking a Behavioral Health RN for a full-time schedule. The role supports operations and patient care, serving as a clinical resource and acting as staff nurse as needed. You may assume delegated managerial duties as required by a manager.

The position offers a sign-on bonus up to $10,000, a Stay Premium program up to $8/hour, annual merit increases, and comprehensive benefits from Day One. Education assistance and retirement plans are included as well.

Qualificações

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Maintain active RN license in the hiring state or compact license.
• 2 years of patient care experience required; supervisor experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or complete within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of operations and patient care in designated areas.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Function as staff nurse in the department as needed and assume delegated managerial duties.
