Episcopal Homes of Minnesota in St. Paul is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee nursing services at Iris Park Commons Assisted Living. This leadership role provides clinical oversight, staff supervision, care coordination, regulatory compliance, and ensures residents receive compassionate, safe, and dignity‑respecting care.

The full‑time position runs 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with no on‑call or weekends.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota in good standing.
Strong clinical assessment and service planning skills.
Strong understanding of assisted living regulations, rules, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Proficiency with electronic medical records and basic computer systems.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct resident assessments and develop individualized service plans.
Monitor resident conditions and update service plans as needed.
Oversee medication management and ensure physician order compliance.
Communicate with physicians, families, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams.
Supervise and support licensed and unlicensed nursing staff.
Provide staff coaching, training, orientation, and performance oversight.
Ensure proper staffing coverage and scheduling coordination.
Maintain compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.
Participate in audits, infection control initiatives, and quality improvement efforts.
Address resident and family concerns professionally and promptly.
Support transitions of care, including hospital discharges and hospice coordination.
