Job summary

Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at New Castle is seeking an Registered Nurse Supervisor for a full-time afternoon/early-evening shift, 3:00pm-11:00pm. You will provide direct nursing care to residents under the medical direction of attending physicians and leadership from the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program required.
• Licensure and registration by the PA Board of Nursing Examiners as a Registered Nurse required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of physicians and Nursing Director.
• Monitor the performance of non-licensed personnel.
• Assist in modifying treatment regimens to meet residents' needs and follow facility policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as needed.
