Job summary

Kadima Healthcare is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing care for residents and oversee clinical operations across assigned shifts. You will work under the Director of Nursing, Medical Director, and attending physicians to ensure high-quality, compliant, and resident-centered care.

The role includes leadership and oversight of non-licensed staff, ensuring safe and effective care delivery in alignment with facility policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania or eligibility.
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Ability to supervise and support nursing staff effectively.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
• Monitor resident status and communicate changes to physicians and nursing leadership.
• Supervise and support non-licensed nursing staff to ensure quality care delivery.
• Assist in coordinating and adjusting treatment plans based on resident needs.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations and standards.
• Support a safe, organized, and efficient nursing unit during assigned shifts.
