Job summary

Kadima Healthcare is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to provide direct nursing care to residents under the medical direction of attending physicians, the Director of Nursing, and the facility's Medical Director. You will also monitor non-licensed staff and support modifications to treatment regimens in line with policy and regulatory standards.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program and active licensure/registration as an RN with the PA Board of Nursing

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program required.
• Licensure and registration by the PA Board of Nursing Examiners as a Registered Nurse required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the medical direction and supervision of the residents' attending physicians, the Director of Nursing, and the Medical Director of the facility.
• Monitor the performance of non-licensed personnel.
• Assist in modifying the treatment regimen to meet the physical and psychological needs of the resident, in accordance with established medical practices and the facility's policies and procedures, and current federal, state, and local standards.
• Other duties as needed.
