Job summary

Kadima Healthcare is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead clinical operations and provide direct nursing care to residents on assigned shifts. You will report to the Director of Nursing and coordinate with physicians to ensure safe, regulatory-compliant, high-quality care.

You will oversee non-licensed staff, support care plan execution, and ensure efficient unit operations. The role requires PA RN licensure, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Pennsylvania (or eligibility).
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Ability to supervise and support nursing staff effectively.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
• Monitor resident status and communicate changes to physicians and nursing leadership.
• Supervise and support non-licensed nursing staff to ensure quality care delivery.
• Assist in coordinating and adjusting treatment plans based on resident needs.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations and standards.
• Support a safe, organized, and efficient nursing unit during assigned shifts.
