Qualifications

• Schedules and reassigns staff to ensure 24-hour coverage.
• Provides orientation and training for staff in collaboration with Staff Development.
• Responds to regulatory inspections and follow-up actions.
• Participates in achieving department goals and improving quality of care.
• Monitors medication administration procedures and accuracy.
