Saber Health Group is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing facility team under new nursing leadership. You will assess residents, develop care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise staff to ensure dignified, high-quality care for residents.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state you will work.
• Current CPR or BLS certification.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.

Responsabilités

• Administer nursing care and evaluate care quality.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in SNF delivery of care.
• Follow federal, state, and local standards and policies.
