Job summary

Florence Rehabilitation and Wellness Center is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to oversee the nursing staff and ensure the highest quality of care for our residents in a long-term care setting. This full-time role covers 7p-7a shifts on Thursday-Friday-Saturday-Sunday with a shift differential of $3.75.

You will lead and mentor CNAs, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and coordinate with healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in AL.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in long-term care or related setting is a plus.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers and records medications and treatments.
• Observes and reports patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individuals.
• Manage and supervise nursing staff including CNA’s, to ensure the delivery of excellent resident care.
• Monitor resident health and well-being, and coordinate with healthcare providers to address medical concerns.
• Perform other job-related duties as they become required.

You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
