Job summary

Mobile Rehabilitation and Wellness Center in Mobile, AL seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our weekend clinical team, ensure safe, high-quality patient care, and maintain smooth workflow in a fast-paced setting.

This part-time weekend role requires Alabama RN licensure, BLS certification, and strong leadership and communication skills; you’ll mentor staff, coordinate care, and contribute to continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Alabama.
• 0–2 years RN experience; supervisor or leadership preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Maintains BLS and other required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, and support to our team of nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional patient care.
• Coordinate patient care activities, manage staffing, and optimize workflows to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring compliance with regulations and accreditation standards.
• Serve as a liaison between the healthcare team, patients, and families, providing clear and concise communication for seamless transitions and outcomes.

Requirements

• Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Alabama

• Experience: 0-2 years of experience as a registered nurse, with preference given to those with supervisor or leadership experience

• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field

• Certifications: Maintains current certifications in basic life support (BLS) and other relevant certifications as required by the center
