Ideal candidates hold RN licensure with BSN preferred and have experience leading clinical teams. The role includes a strong focus on staff coordination, recruitment, and adherence to policies across departments.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide and direct clinical operations of nursing units on assigned shift.
• Facilitate care delivery model implementation and mentor staff.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure safe 24/7 nursing care.
• Participate in staff recruitment, orientation, and promotions decisions.
