Job summary

EPIC Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee the 3-11 PM shift and ensure quality care for our residents in New Jersey.

You will lead nursing staff, ensure adherence to care plans, manage admissions and assessments, and maintain regulatory compliance while supporting families and the care team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey.
• Prior supervisory experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
