Job summary

Complete Care Management LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) for an evening shift (3p–11p) in New Jersey. This role requires guiding RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, supporting daily clinical operations, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident care.

The ideal candidate holds an active New Jersey RN license, with supervisory experience and a focus on long-term care.

• Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
