Monroe Health & Rehab Center in Stroudsburg, PA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to assess resident needs, develop care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise nursing assistants in a SNF setting. You will follow federal/state guidelines, maintain infection control, and participate in care coordination with the health team.

The role offers full-time hours, competitive wages starting at $48 per hour, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN within the state in which you work.
Must possess a current CPR or BLS certification.
Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.

Responsabilidades

Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
Administer nursing care and evaluate outcomes.
Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in a SNF setting.
Ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards and infection control policies.
