Job summary

Saber Health Group, a 118-bed skilled nursing facility near Philadelphia, is seeking a compassionate RN to assess residents, develop individualized care plans, and supervise nursing staff in a SNF setting.

This role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, hourly wage of $45.00–$50.00, and flexible pay options with on-demand or weekly pay, plus generous PTO and benefits to support your well-being and career growth.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN within the state in which you work.
• Must possess a current CPR or BLS certification.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.
• Previous MatrixCare experience recommended, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and develop an individualized care plan.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate care.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in delivery of care.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and policies.
