Monroe Health & Rehab Center in Mount Pleasant is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a skilled nursing facility. You will assess residents, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care and supervise nursing assistants to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

We offer Daily Pay, a $4,000 sign-on bonus for full-time and $2,000 for part-time, generous PTO and benefits, and growth opportunities with a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

Current RN license in the state you work.
CPR or BLS certification required.
Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
Administer nursing care and evaluate nursing outcomes.
Supervise nursing assistants and other staff on patient care.
Ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards.
