Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

As a RN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents and providing leadership and support to the nursing staff.

Job Summary:

As a RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing leadership and supervision to nursing staff, including Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). You will also coordinate and oversee nursing care activities on assigned shifts to ensure compliance with established standards of practice and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with NYS licensing board
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a healthcare setting
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to prioritize tasks and make sound decisions under pressure
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems preferred
• CPR certification required

Compensation:
