Absolut Center of Endicott in Endicott, NY is seeking a compassionate RN Supervisor to lead the nursing team on evening and night shifts. You will provide supervision to LPNs and CNAs, ensure high-quality resident care, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, care coordination, and mentoring staff, with a focus on safe, person-centered care in a CMS 4-star facility.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid NY RN license.
• BSN preferred; ADN accepted.
• Experience in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions under pressure.
• CPR certification required.
• EMR proficiency preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff (LPNs and CNAs).
• Coordinate and oversee nursing care activities on assigned shifts.
• Conduct regular rounds to assess resident needs and care delivery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
• Assist with complex resident cases including medications and treatments.
• Mentor and support staff with guidance and development.
• Participate in staff meetings, in-service trainings, and quality initiatives.
• Maintain documentation related to resident care, staffing, and incidents.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for residents, families, and staff.
