You will also coordinate and oversee nursing care activities on assigned shifts to ensure compliance with established standards of practice and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with NYS licensing board
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a healthcare setting
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and make sound decisions under pressure
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems preferred
• CPR certification required
