Job summary

The Blossoms in Van Buren is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee nursing care and ensure adherence to policies and procedures. The role focuses on supervising rounds, coordinating treatments, and communicating with physicians and staff to maintain high-quality resident care.

Applicants must be a licensed RN in Arkansas with strong leadership, judgment, and mentoring abilities, plus experience in long-term care settings. This is a full-time, on-site position in the Nursing department.

Qualifications

• Long term care experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience in a long term care environment.
• Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing and currently licensed in Arkansas.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

This position is delegated the responsibility for carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
