Job summary

Harborview Thomasville is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff and oversee medication delivery, assessments, and ongoing resident care in a faith-based long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable.
• Complete required admission and routine resident assessments.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes to ensure safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living for residents.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation of care.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and families.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect residents and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We are currently seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor

What You Will Do

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable

What You Must Have
