Job summary

Harborview Health Systems in DeFuniak Springs, FL is seeking an RN Supervisor for the 3p-11p shift. You will supervise RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids, conduct resident assessments, monitor conditions, and maintain clear documentation to ensure safety and continuity of care.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license in good standing and has prior experience in skilled nursing or long‑term care.

Qualifications

• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.

What You Will Do

What You Must Have

• Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.
